Excited to share the beautiful Forest Engagement of Courtney & Ryan captured by the talented KwaZulu-Natal based wedding photographer, Blissfully Yours Photography. This young and energetic couple got engaged at the Karkloof Safari Spa. A lovely lodge in Pietermaritzburg and by the sound of it, it was absolutely spectacular. Courtney and Ryan are tying the knot on July 2020 at a lovely Game Lodge in KwaZulu-Natal. Happy Dance! We love Game Lodges, there’s just something special about them.
Ryan bought Courtney’s dream ring before they went away for his 21st birthday. It is small and delicate explains Courtney and lets her think of Ryan. An extra bonus! She got her ring at a promotional price because of a special that NWJ Jewellery ran at the time she purchased it. That was meant to be! Engagement Story:
Ryan told me he had planned a full day date and wanted to surprise me. We drove up to Albert Falls Dam when we stopped Ryan opened his boot and pulled out 2 platters of finger foods so that we could have a picnic. We ate, chatted, and took pictures.
Afterward, we got in the car for another surprise he planned, half an hour later we arrived at Karkloof Safari Spa. We were slightly late because we got lost and ended up on a private farm with tons of birds flying around.
We saw so many beautiful animals and had a full body massage. After lunch we walked around the area, Ryan found a quiet private deck that we then went to, and he got down on one knee and proposed. I SAID YES! And then we phoned our families to tell them the happy news.
